The brand new Mortal Kombat I will be released in a few months and the trailer for it looks very promising!

We can see multiple familiar faces returning to our screens, but they’re all-in earlier phases of their careers. The game takes place before the previous ones did, thus making it a prequel in the series which will undoubtedly provide some interesting context to the storyline of the franchise. The Mortal Kombat universe will be expanded with the new 4K resolution cutscenes and highly improved graphics, but there’s more.

A completely new system is being introduced into the game, a system that will prevent your characters from having to fight alone. There’s Kameo fighters present now, sidecharacters who will do their best to assist your fighter in combat. You’ll be able to choose from a wide range of Kameo figters after you’ve chosen your main fighter in the pre-game menu. We’re all super curious and excited to find out how this system will function, are you?
